Job Overview

Hope Autism Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with children with ASD to teach new skills and behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collaborate with families and guardians to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in clinic-based group activities and assist with planning and preparation.
  • Model professional behavior and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Successful background clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
