Job Description

RS Andrews Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Bluffton, SC. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial air conditioning equipment and associated controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial air conditioning equipment and associated controls
  • Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
  • Maintain strong customer service
  • Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of prior HVAC experience
  • About 5 years of commercial experience preferred
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities
  • Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers
  • Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
