Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wire Transfer Specialist to join our team at Pinnacle Bank / Bank of Colorado. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will be responsible for supporting all incoming and outgoing wires, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to internal and external customers regarding wire transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution.
  2. Wire Transactions: Process daily wire transactions for all bank charters, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Contract Management: Review and process customer wire contracts for all charters, maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements.
  4. Additional Duties: Perform various other duties as assigned by management, including reconciliation, verification, and computer input.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed, with knowledge of Windows-based programs on either an IBM or Macintosh computer.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and telephone courtesy, with the ability to work under pressure and handle constant interruptions.
  • Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Wire Transfer and Fiserv systems, as well as accounting and banking experience.
