About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at Trumbull Corporation. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preview project limits and readiness for start-up
  • Determine project scope and set-up requirements for traffic control, equipment, trucks, and materials
  • Coordinate and monitor daily production, supervising crew members and equipment
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to contract specifications
  • Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of foreman experience on highway/roadway construction projects
  • Project layout and set-up experience, scheduling manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Decision-making skills, ability to manage, supervise, schedule, and delegate directions to a crew
  • Ability to read and follow plans and DOT specifications
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and job-related software
  • Professional work ethic and attitude, good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel, work various shifts, and follow company safety policies and procedures
