New Life Little Arrows is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Teacher to develop and implement engaging age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers, promoting their intellectual and creative growth.
Key Responsibilities- Instruct infant and toddler groups in stimulating activities designed to foster cognitive and motor skills development
- Create a nurturing, safe, and fun learning environment that encourages exploration and play
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to establish schedules and routines that ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Teacher on students' growth and progress
- Ensure the health and safety of all students, including feeding, diaper-changing, and potty training duties as required
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields
- Passion for working with children and building strong relationships
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with State Regulated Policies
The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. New Life Little Arrows offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
