Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Vidant Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
