Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles, adhering to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive systems, using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors, providing clear and concise explanations of repairs and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with changing technology and new vehicle models.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Fast, eager learner and team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • ASE certification and great communication skills.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
