Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role with a focus on IT support positions.
  • Indepth knowledge of IT support roles and industry trends, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications or training in recruitment or HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
  • Experience working in a technology or IT-focused company, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
