Acute Care Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care RN to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. As a member of our medical-surgical intensive care unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a culture of patient-centered care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- New Mexico Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire date
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire date
- 1+ years of RN experience
