Job Summary:

Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled Dish Machine Operator to join our team at the Gran Via Buffet. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the dish machine and three-compartment washing sink to ensure optimal cleaning and sanitizing of all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and smallwares.
  • Wash and sanitize all items to the highest standards, ensuring they are free from contamination risk and ready for reuse.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Restock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
