Job Overview:

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking professional and compassionate caregivers to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position working every other weekend, with shifts available in the morning (6am-2pm) or afternoon (2pm-10pm). The ideal candidate will have experience as a caregiver, preferably in an assisted living or memory care setting, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with medication administration and provide support with physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; CNA certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a caregiver; experience in assisted living or memory care highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in the Ramsey, MN area.
