Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Analyze patient information to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.
  • Evaluate patient response to interventions and make data-driven decisions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required; 1 year in a clinical specialty preferred.
  • Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state required.
