Job Summary

Spherion is seeking a skilled Assembly Manager to join our team. As an Assembly Manager, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, operating machinery and tools to complete tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance and defects
  • Operate machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure productivity and safety
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficiency and quality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
