We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at LBH-Sinai Hospital. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 36-bed ICU step down unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to medical patients, surgical patients, trauma patients, cardiac patients, and stroke patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including sepsis, pneumonia, atrial fibrillation, ESRD, GI bleed, and DKA.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- 2 years of experience in ICU step down or similar setting.
- Current Maryland Approved Trauma Certification.
- Current ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and TCAR certifications.
Our ICU step down unit is a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients. You will work closely with a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
