MedBridge is a dynamic software company dedicated to building technology solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. We're seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering, Care to join our Care team and contribute to the development of our Pathways product.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Software Engineering and involves leading and mentoring remote engineering teams focused on Learning Management System and Growth areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and technical strategy, with a strong understanding of modern web and mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor remote engineering teams to drive efficiency and innovation across diverse product lines.
  • Ensure timely software delivery and collaborate with the VP of Engineering on technical investments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and foster excellence in product roadmaps.
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders across functional areas, including Product Management, Design, Quality, and commercial leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in team management.
  • Experience working in a healthcare-related field and familiarity with healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in modern web and mobile development.

  • Competitive salary range: $190,000-$265,000 with bonus potential.
