• Support, further development, and optimization of the existing ERP system (TopM net7)
• Provide in-house first-level support for the ERP system for users and key users
• Carry out documentation and functional tests
• Establish and expand a management system that meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
• Create and update documents for each management system, including manuals, process descriptions, work instructions, etc.
• Represent the company when dealing with external partners
