Job Summary

As a Banquet Bartender at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests and servers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's standards for attendance.
  • Set up the bar according to hotel standards and the Banquet Event Order to ensure efficient service.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
