Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to a primarily adult population
- Implement the 15 essential functions of the job description, adapted from the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
