Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bistro Server to join our team at the Courtyard Mechanicsburg Bistro. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

* Take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
* Collect payments and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
* Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
* Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements

* Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
* Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
* High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
* ServSafe and/or food safety training.
* Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
