Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a clean and safe theatre environment, including restrooms, concession areas, and auditoriums.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
  • Monitor auditoriums for picture and sound quality, temperature, lighting levels, and guest behavior.
  • Assist with other Crew functions and perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the theatre.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
