We are seeking a highly skilled Trust & Estates Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our estate planning group, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on estate planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handling all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and estate tax returns.
  • Representing clients in disputes involving trusts and estates, including litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to trusts, estates, and taxes, and advising clients on how these changes may affect their estate plans.

Requirements:

  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active license to practice law in the state of Illinois.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Trust & Estates Attorney, with a strong track record in estate planning, individual taxes, and trust, gift, and estate taxes.
