Job Summary

The Automotive Mechanical Inspector will travel to repair facilities to verify mechanical failures, taking high-quality photos and video as evidence.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience, with ASE or equivalent manufacturer certification.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, basic tools, and experience with web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify mechanical failures at repair facilities
  • Take high-quality photos and video as evidence
  • Travel to designated working territory based on assignments received
  • Operate a motor vehicle for up to 8 hours daily
  • Make physical inspections of auto loss sites
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • ASE or equivalent manufacturer certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic tools
  • Experience with web-based applications
Working Conditions

This role requires 100% travel within designated working territory, with normal office or field claims environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors in all types of weather and make physical inspections of auto loss sites.
