Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Encore Resort at Reunion. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort's kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including portioning and plating.
  • Load and unload trucks, and assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food Safety Certification required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
