We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our hospital-employed practice as a Medical Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to build a successful practice while teaching and mentoring residents at our University of Illinois affiliated FM residency program.
About the Role:
- As a Medical Director, you will have the autonomy to develop your own practice with a wide range of procedures, obstetrics, and teaching opportunities.
- You will be part of a comprehensive healthcare system that offers very competitive compensation, including a base salary of $300,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
Benefits:
- A very competitive compensation plan, including a base salary of $300,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefit plans for the physician and their family, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Four weeks' vacation in addition to two weeks' CME time off.
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
- Education loan repayment assistance up to $200,000 over five years.

Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
- LICensure in the state of Illinois.
