Job Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in the System Manufacturing Department. This role involves performing electrical assembly tasks on sophisticated electronic testing equipment tailored for the semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct electrical control panels with precision.
  • Interpret wire lists, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to connect electrical components accurately.
  • Manage the routing, cutting, stripping, and termination of wires ranging from 30 AWG to 750 MCM.
  • Employ hand tools including wire crimpers, strippers, cutters, and screwdrivers effectively.
  • Adhere to wire lists, diagrams, and established procedures to wire and label units correctly.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
  • Maintain a consistent standard of quality and productivity in all tasks.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
  • Strong hand and upper body strength.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or work from low positions for extended periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in assembling electrical control panels.
  • Familiarity with wiring practices, techniques, and tools.

Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
