Job Description

At ELEVATE WORKFORCE, INC., we are seeking a skilled Carpentry Foreman to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and the ability to read blueprints and use precise measurements to cut and assemble boards, timbers or plywood to the required sizes.

Responsibilities include building forms for walls, slabs, columns, elevated decks, and site concrete, as well as erecting/building scaffolding and ladders needed to assemble structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Cut and assemble boards, timbers or plywood to the required sizes
  • Build forms for walls, slabs, columns, elevated decks, and site concrete
  • Erect/build scaffolding and ladders needed to assemble structures

Requirements:

  • Strong background in carpentry
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precise measurements
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment
