Maintenance Specialist

A maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, and other essential systems. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance requirements, electrical and plumbing codes, and OSHA safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, and screens.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and related systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of directly related or closely related experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, electrical and plumbing codes, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
