Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking skilled clinicians to join our team as Outpatient Psychotherapists at our mental health clinic. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide direct psychotherapy to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct psychotherapy to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high-quality communication, support, and coordination of care
- Act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with internal providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions
- Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation, if applicable
- Provide clinical supervision to staff or interns, as assigned
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Massachusetts independent licensure in a counseling discipline (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) is preferred. Otherwise, candidates must be license eligible and actively working towards achieving independent licensure within two years of hire
- Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations
- Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions, use electronic health records, and proficiency with electronic communication
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team setting
