About the Role
Horseshoe Bay Resort, a prestigious property of Crescent Hotels and Resorts, seeks a highly skilled Member Services Agent to join its Reservations Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals looking to work in a luxurious resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to Horseshoe Bay Resort Members and guests
- Handle reservations for dining, marina, spa, golf, and activities with utmost professionalism
- Anticipate and resolve Member requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of resort facilities, services, and operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in a related field desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Delphi software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
