Resident Advisor

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Resident Advisors, promoting the well-being of youths by providing supervision, support, and teaching of life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to residents, teaching them independent living skills and promoting their overall well-being.
• Develop and implement de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies to ensure a safe environment for all residents.
• Assess common areas to ensure safety and provide support to residents with daily life activities, including employment, education, mentorship, and volunteerism.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, logs, critical incidents, and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience working in human services with serious emotional disorder (SED) at-risk youth males between the ages of 16-19 preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
