Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to general and DOT safety regulations, conducting daily vehicle inspections and addressing any safety issues or vehicle concerns promptly.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, including professional interactions and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.

Punctuality and Reliability:
Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, maintaining consistent attendance and timely completion of routes.

Operational Execution:
Follow detailed instructions for the drop off, pickup, and routing of roll off containers, efficiently managing assigned routes for optimal productivity.

Communication:
Maintain effective communication with the company dispatcher to ensure operational efficiency, reporting any discrepancies immediately.

Maintenance and Reporting:
Keep the vehicle clean and conduct basic maintenance, accurately completing all required logs and reports in compliance with company and DOT standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Roll Off Driver or in the waste management industry, valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record, familiarity with different sizes and configurations of roll off containers, and excellent time management and communication skills.

Expected Knowledge:
Familiarity with various container sizes, including 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 cubic yards, knowledge of common configurations such as open-top, compactor-ready, and sealed containers.
