Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at SEEK Careers Staffing in Ozaukee County. As an experienced Industrial Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal parts together in accordance with project specifications.
• Utilize welding equipment, tools, and materials efficiently and safely.
• Inspect welds for quality and ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding projects accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid welding certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society) certification a plus.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Welder in a similar manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong knowledge of welding materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
