Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Quality Assurance to join our team in the Diabetes Care division. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for various post-market surveillance quality activities, including preparing complaint handling for new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal liaison and expert for Complaint Handling investigation activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional Quality and Business Unit Teams to support post-market surveillance quality activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant reports and analysis.
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
  • Verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
