It is essential for the nurse to empathize with the mother's experiences and deliver appropriate care through careful observation. The LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) process aids mothers in transitioning from the delivery room to home life.

  • Experience in Mother-Baby Care
  • Proficient in Mother-Baby Skills
  • Postpartum Skills
  • Successful completion of Postpartum Clinical Exam
  • Valid RN State License
