About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our team at Perks Pusateri & Co LLC in Westerville, Ohio. As a Tax Director, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert tax planning and consulting services to clients, including complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and building trust with our clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Excellent sales skills to effectively communicate tax strategies to clients.
  • Ability to perform regulatory reporting in accordance with tax laws.
  • Expertise in technical accounting principles.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve goals. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
