Cash Handling Specialist

Job Title: Full Time Opening Teller

BancFirst is seeking a skilled Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing various tasks related to cash handling, customer transactions, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paying and Receiving: Process multiple transactions accurately and handle cash, deposits, and withdrawals for retail and commercial businesses.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele, meeting minimum sales goals and incentives.
• Customer Service: Provide extraordinary customer service at all times, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Operational Tasks: Balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages, assist with opening and closing duties, and perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Graduate or High School equivalency.
• Skills: Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work, ability to balance cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages.
• Physical Demands: Constant use of computer screens, ability to operate a computer keyboard, and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, and walking.
