Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in College Station, Texas.

About the Role:
  • As a Home Health LPN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
  • You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care and services as outlined in the care plan.
  2. Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $50.00 per hour, paid on a per visit basis.

This opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 2-3 days per week, plus one weekend per month, allowing you to achieve a great work-life balance while making a difference in the lives of our patients.
