Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Embassy Suites Waltham. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, and provide assistance with room reservations, check-in, and check-out.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle guest inquiries, and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in computer systems.
