Field Service Lubrication Technician

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Lubrication Technician to become part of our workforce. This position involves servicing a diverse range of construction and mining machinery, including mobile power generators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, excavators, and off-road forklifts. Key responsibilities include operating a service/lube truck, traveling to various equipment sites, changing oils, filters, and greasing machinery, as well as refueling mobile units and conducting preliminary inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to job locations using a Service/Lube Truck
  • Maintain accurate D.O.T. documentation
  • Execute maintenance tasks on equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-ups
  • Coordinate with Foremen and Superintendents to arrange service schedules
  • Assess equipment for necessary repairs or preventative upkeep
  • Complete detailed service and inspection reports
  • Collect fluid samples from machinery
  • Perform basic repairs on equipment and vehicles
  • Follow company safety protocols and procedures
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including working under and around vehicles and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (Mandatory)
  • Mechanically skilled
  • Prior experience as a heavy equipment technician (Preferred)
  • Strong commitment to work
  • Capability to lift over 50 lbs
  • Acceptable driving history (Mandatory)

Education, Training, and Experience:
