About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity with a variable shift schedule, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients based on their needs and medical direction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program, with a preferred Master's Degree. They should also possess relevant experience, preferably 6 months, and hold a valid LIC-Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan. Additionally, they must obtain a Driver's License in the state of Michigan within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' levels of disability to determine scope of practice, goals, and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment programs to restore patients' function and promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatments, ensuring compliance with department standards and medical-legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements, attending workshops and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
