Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students
- Document student progress and communicate with parents and other professionals as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensure in Florida
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic and motivated candidates
