About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technical consultant to join our Professional Services team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in helping our Intelligence Community customers implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale cloud computing solutions using AWS technologies
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide expert guidance on cloud architecture and integration
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to customers on cloud computing best practices and security requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in design/implementation/consulting with distributed applications or equivalent education experience
  • 1+ years of experience with software development tools and methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience working with Python
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking
  • Experience in technology/software sales consulting or equivalent skills
  • Professional experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
