Soar Autism Center, a leading provider of interdisciplinary autism care, seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join its team in Arvada, Colorado.

**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking an experienced BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy services for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.

As a Soar BCBA, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our focus is on early intervention and integrated autism care, aligned with the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy plans for clients in our center-based program.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, OT, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM approach.
  • Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients and conduct standardized assessments to refine treatment plans.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH FAMILIES by guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • ABA early intervention experience.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
