Job Summary

The Dining Supervisor is a critical role in the success of our food hall operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a single-unit location, ensuring a consistently high level of service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the setup, restocking, and breakdown of the cafeteria daily
  • Oversee the arrival and setup of all restaurants, ensuring they meet Fooda's standards of service and sanitation
  • Ensure all customers are properly charged for goods purchased and update the POS software and database on a daily basis
  • Assist the Dining Manager with weekly accounting responsibilities and ensure all financial entries are documented properly
  • Escalate any potential issues or questions to the Director when necessary

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in large food service or enterprise catering
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to job responsibilities
