Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic educational setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech and Language Therapy Services: Design and implement effective therapy plans to address students' communication needs, promoting improved speech, language, and literacy skills.
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans that cater to students' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Use standardized assessments and evaluations to determine student progress, identify areas of strength and weakness, and inform therapy planning.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of student progress, therapy plans, and other relevant information.
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA License: Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license, demonstrating expertise in behavior analysis and therapy.
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Related Field: Hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, such as Communication Disorders or Special Education.
  • Bilingual Spanish: Possess proficiency in Spanish, enabling effective communication with Spanish-speaking students and families.
