Children's Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Outpatient Clinician to join our team at OnPoint. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to children and families with diverse needs and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized service plans for children and their families.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document services and participate in quality improvement processes.
- Engage in supervision and team meetings to ensure best practices and continuous learning.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited institution.
- State of Michigan professional limited license or eligibility required.
- Experience working with children and families, with a preference for those with severe emotional disturbance.
- Full licensure and one year of experience as a master's level clinician preferred.
- Competitive salary starting at $64,874 annually, with opportunities for advancement.
