Dynamic Insurance Agent Opportunity

Phil Klein Insurance Group, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join their Property & Casualty team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for protecting the assets, goals, and dreams of our clients every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients in the home buying process to procure homeowners insurance and identify opportunities for automobile insurance and other products.
  • Consult with clients to understand their current and future needs and provide guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional client service and advise clients on their risks and how to protect against the unexpected.
  • Assist clients through the purchase process from start to finish and help service their book of business as it grows.
Requirements:
  • Insurance experience is necessary, with a preference for experience at an independent agency.
  • Ability to work various schedules and be accessible to clients after normal business hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with goals that will challenge you.
  • Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit.
