Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create site layout plans in accordance with client needs and review agency requirements
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project team members regarding project status, design, and deliverables
  • Complete assigned tasks in an orderly and timely manner
  • Coordinate with construction division through project construction process
  • Help oversee and review junior engineer's work

Requirements:

  • Active P.E. License
  • 6 ± years of Civil Site Design experience preferred
  • Experience in Commercial & Residential Site Development
  • Experience with authoritative codes and regulations, designing subsurface utilities (sanitary and water), site grading, storm sewer systems and facilities, land disturbance permitting
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic computation software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
