Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional administrative and legal assistance in a timely manner.
  • Help in drafting various legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
  • Monitor documentation and procedural updates across multiple cases and litigation.
  • Organize depositions and coordinate logistics.
  • Manage litigation schedules and calendars, ensuring critical deadlines are observed.
  • Support attorneys in preparing for meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Maintain, organize, and oversee case files.
  • Engage in communication with clients.
  • Assist with daily management of cases.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal Certificate or an Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
