- Supervise home health aides and coordinate nursing services with LPNs, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
3. Training and Mentorship:
- Deliver practical clinical training and mentorship to new nursing staff, promoting their professional development and proficiency.
- Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of new clinicians, offering constructive guidance.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current nursing license in the relevant state and CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience, with additional experience in home health preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting and transferring patients.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills to develop effective care plans.

Work Environment:
- Flexible schedule to meet patient needs and agency operations.
